Stephen Fleming
Director

Former NZ cricket captain who is looking to explore how leadership in sport can be transferred to leadership in industry. After captaining the national cricket side for over a decade is now fully focused on providing strategy and solution to companies that are wanting to look at new ways to operate.

Was involved with Australian based company Insite during his playing days and has now made the transition to business owner in partnership with Insite digital- a division of Insite and a pioneer of digital publishing.

Trained to be a teacher in Christchurch before choosing cricket as a profession in 1992.

Richard Petrie
Business Development Manager

Who on earth is Richard Petrie?
Another former Black Cap now becoming recognised as a problem solver in business. Featured on the Good morning show, Sunday Star Times and TV One news for comment from time to time and a regular columnist for Inbusiness magazine and has written for the Sunday Star times.

Richard regularly speaks at seminars and conferences on the topic of performance and measurable marketing strategies.

Chris Grant-Foster
Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director (Representing Insite digital)

CGF was appointed as CEO and Managing Director of Insite in August 2007. He has diverse experience in both B2B and B2C markets with track record of success in implementation of change management with focus on profitability. CGF is an innovative and flexible thinker who relishes a challenge. He is now responsible for the strategic growth and change and development of Insite Digital.

Prior to joining Insite, Chris has had extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, most recently as CEO of Two Way Limited a ASX listed company (where he remains on the Board as a Non Executive Director) and previously CEO of iTouch Asia Pacific a Media and Content Company listed on the British Stock Exchange and part of Independent Media Group, General Manager Telecommunications Australia and New Zealand for Samsung, General Manager Technology and Operations at Hutchison / Orange and 10 years with Siemens in their Telecommunications Group based in London for 5 years and Australia for a further 4.5 years.

Neil Hucksteppe
Director (Representing Digital DM)

Neil started his career in the travel industry, rising to senior roles with a number of global hotel groups including Intercontinental Hotels Group and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

His long-term interest in the digital space moved him into senior roles at Anasazi Inc, CNN and most recently as executive director and investor in Leonardo Media BV. Neil has joined the company as both CEO and a major investor.
Neil is based in the DigitalDM office Singapore.

Mike Kennedy
Head of Products and Technology

Mike has been involved for over 25 years in successfully defining, developing and delivering leading edge technology to the market in Australia and around the world. He has held senior product and distribution roles at Philips, GEC, Optus and Hutchison and has experience in Telco, IT, Pay TV, Wagering, Interactive TV and Digital Publishing.

Mike also has extensive experience in establishing and managing large distribution and dealer networks throughout Asia. This includes establishing Australia’s first national Telco dealer network of 70 dealers successfully gaining 30% market share from the incumbent Telstra in the first 18 months.
